YOUR MISSION

 

As an Account director, you are in charge of client satisfaction and retention and organizational efficiency. You will develop strong and meaningful relationships with our clients, understand and protect their strategic vision & interest and collaborate with the C2 team to deliver best in class experiences. That will lead to account growth and retention.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Relationship Management & Business Development

 

  • With the VP of Growth and partnerships, ensure goals, objectives and contractual commitments of your clients are met via project execution
  • Develop a trust-based relationship with C2’s clients
  • Act as internal gatekeeper for objectives & strategic vision of the clients programs
  • Act as the primary point of contact and liaison between the client, C2 and/or any other relevant team members
  • Remain knowledgeable at all times about the status of your account & ensure work is completed accurately and on time
  • Understand the client’s business and industry-update C2 team on any relevant news;
  • Anticipate client needs and create new opportunities for deeper relationship, engagement and revenue growth
  • Be a part of the project team and make sure all teams deliver a five-star experience at every stage of the operational process within the contractual parameters
  • Understand the long-term growth strategy for C2 and ensure that the relationship with the client evolves in this direction

 

Project Management 

 

  • Maintain a close working relationship with the client’s main point of contact and internal project team to ensure the end-to-end execution of commitment
  • Collaborate with the internal project team to create estimates, work back schedules, and other supporting documentation to provide guidelines to clients as well as ensure a well- integrated workflow with internal teams
  • Actively participate in the production of internal debriefs and produce required documentation
  • Organize client facing meetings (agenda, send invitations, minutes, follow-ups)

 

YOUR SKILLS

 

  • Bachelor’s  degree or equivalent experience 
  • Five (5) + years experience in Account services/consulting
  • At least 3+ years direct client/account management responsibility
  • Background in a marketing/advertising/digital agency is a strong  asset
  • Event industry experience is an asset
  • Digital and web experience an asset
  • Strong communication skills, able to synthesize information effectively
  • Detail focused, yet also able to keep sight of the big picture
  • Flexible with change and able to manage multiple deadlines under pressure
  • Familiar with Slack, Salesforce, Google Suite, Adobe is a plus
  • Bilingual French-English – perfectly spoken and written

 

Full-time permanent position, start date as soon as possible. 

Remote work because of the pandemic. 

Location: Montreal preferred, but will consider remote candidates in Canada.
