YOUR MISSION

You participate in the development of the creative vision of C2 International. You are responsible for leading the collaborative experiences team, both in terms of creation, development and implementation of different collaborative experience formats, including workshops, master classes, labs, conversation market, in the framework of digital and hybrid events.

  • You are able to manage several deliverables at the same time

 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Participate in structuring the vision of the development of collaborative experiences to ensure that they respect the creative vision and that they meet the objectives of content, engagement, visibility while ensuring that they exceed participant’s expectations
  • Collaborate with the creative teams in the development of general concepts while remaining aligned with the strategic objectives of the company
  • Define the needs of collaborative experiences in order to set up global deadlines and recruit talents for each of the projects
  • Supervise the work of team members assigned to the design of experiences
  • Ensure the delivery of all collaborative experiences during events;
  • Manage the schedule of deliverables and distribute the work among team members according to the projects to be carried out
  • Occasionally participate in various pitches and presentations to clients
  • Participate in the definition of the initial budgets for each project, jointly with the director of content programming
  • Ensure that the project budget and schedule are respected, in close collaboration with producers
  • Validate experiments designed to ensure the level of quality delivered

 

YOUR SKILLS

  • Degree in design, sociology, psychology, education or any other field relevant to the job
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a creative agency, consulting firm or other experience deemed relevant
  • Experience in project management and team management, an asset
  • French-English bilingualism essential, both oral and written
  • Knowledge of the Google suite and Slack, an asset

Full-time permanent position, start date as soon as possible. 

Remote work because of the pandemic. 

Location: Montreal preferred, but will consider remote candidates in Canada.
