As part of the Marketing & Audience Team and under the supervision of the Social Media Manager, you will be involved in all aspects of the development and implementation of C2 International clients  and C2 Montreal social media strategies.

  • Developing and executing social media strategies
  • Planning for brand building/innovation/corporate promotions, internal communications and corporate communications through the use of, but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc. in collaboration with the Marketing Team
  • Engaging and developing strong relationships with our community
  • Manage social media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities for C2 International, its clients and C2 Montréal
  • Develop, plan and update the social media calendar
  • Develop relevant content topics to reach the company’s target customers
  • Create, curate and manage all published content (images, video and written)
  • Monitor, listen and respond to users in a “social” way while cultivating leads and sales
  • Conduct online advocacy and open a stream for cross-promotions
  • Develop and expand community and/or influencer outreach efforts
  • Oversee design (i.e., Facebook Timeline cover, profile pic, thumbnails, ads, landing pages, Twitter profile, blog, etc.)
  • Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed
  • Compile reports for management showing results (ROI)
  • Become an advocate for the company in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate
  • Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy
  • Identify opportunities in user-generated content surrounding the company
  • Analyze campaigns and translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising social media, content marketing, SEO and social advertising campaigns




  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications or Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years direct, hands-on experience managing social media 
  • Experience with Social Media platforms (Facebook Business Manager and more) is mandatory
  • 100% bilingual (English and French)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Docs
  • Experience with Sprout Social or other social media tools 
  • Experience with Adobe Suite (a plus)

Full-time permanent position, start date as soon as possible. 

Remote work because of the pandemic. 

Location: Montreal preferred, but will consider remote candidates in Canada.
