As a seasoned Creative Director, your mission will be to help us invent and execute innovative digital experiences, strategies and products for our B2B clients, in addition to helping us develop hybrid event formulas. You are a person who can lead an ideation process from concept to completion, and who can sell it to our clients. You will be responsible for the conceptualization and design of the online and face-to-face event experience in order to generate sustained engagement with the brand.

  • Work with internal teams to invent, sell and execute digital and face-to-face solutions;
  • Be responsible for end-to-end creative and digital experiences, from defining complex user stories and prototyping to visual design, with an obligation of results (to help our clients make their B2B communities profitable);
  • Prepare creative concepts and present them to internal and external partners in a persuasive, eloquent and engaging manner;
  • Integrate customer goals, brand, marketing and positioning with direct response to drive conversion throughout the customer journey;
  • Collaborate with the various C2 teams to coordinate and develop digital and product strategies;
  • Establish and promote excellence techniques and digital standards in coordination with marketing and branding initiatives;
  • Lead and inspire internal and external cross-functional teams, while managing the workflow;
  • Provide vision, support and direction to clients. 




  • Bachelor’s degree in communication or any other field relevant to the job;
  • 8 to 10 years of experience in user experience design and digital strategy;
  • Experience in creative design to generate online experiences, engagement and profitability in a B2B context;
  • Experience in performing A / B tests;
  • Experience working directly with clients, media, technology and creative agencies;
  • Understanding of best practices for creating responsive online experiences that span multiple platforms and devices;
  • Excellent understanding of how to drive engagement through social media;
  • Good understanding of analytics, social media, CSS and HTML languages;
  • Expertise with Adobe CC software and other related tools for designing and mapping participant journeys;
  • French-English bilingualism essential, both oral and written.


Full-time permanent position, start date as soon as possible. 

Remote work because of the pandemic. 

Location: Montreal preferred, but will consider remote candidates in Canada.
