Your mission will be to develop the programming architecture for the various events, whether online, face-to-face or in a hybrid format. You help define the editorial line and ensure the consistency of content across the different activity formats linked to events. You are responsible for defining the topics covered, identifying the speakers and confirming their participation. You also ensure the proper functioning of your programming team.

  • You listen to customers and integrate their objectives into the proposed programming architecture
  • You recommend renowned speakers, experts and people to discover, while ensuring respect for inclusion, diversity and parity in the programming of content
  • Depending on the project, you set up a team responsible for supporting clients and speakers at each of the programming stages
  • Develop and ensure budget monitoring related to programming
  • You ensure the smooth running of calls for content with the speakers
  • Mobilize content curators on subjects requiring expertise
  • You participate in customer pitches when required




  • Bachelor’s degree in communication or any other field relevant to the job
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a media, conference environment, or agency
  • French-English bilingualism essential, both oral and written
  • Knowledge of the Google suite and Slack, an asset


Full-time permanent position, start date as soon as possible. 

Remote work because of the pandemic. 

Location: Montreal preferred, but will consider remote candidates in Canada.
