YOUR MISSION

 

Accompany the Director of Operations and Strategy in a variety of projects related to the growth of the company. That means being an active part of the team focused on driving leads, prospects and revenues for C2. In your day to day you will assist in business development initiatives, creating proposals, and establishing and maintaining tools that will enable the sales team to close deals and other fun projects that ensures C2 shines with its target audience.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Competitive landscape research, analysis 
  • Research of potential clients, new fields/industries/markets to focus on
  • Do research on clients and projects to fuel the proposal process and help align and brief internal collaborators (Creative, marketing, etc.)
  • Ability to build reports that are easily digestible, unambiguous, engaging, informative, and convincing.
  • Build proposals, templates and other sales tools in collaboration with Strategy director and B2B marketing lead
  • Manage business development initiatives including – hosting, event organisation, etc.
  • Bring your A game and help us find new and exciting ways to connect with our community and generate commercial interest in C2’s services. 

 

YOUR SKILLS

 

  • Bachelor’s  degree or equivalent experience 
  • Five (5) + years experience in strategy, client management, marketing or other relevant fields
  • Background in a marketing/ad/digital agency is a strong  asset
  • Event industry experience is an asset
  • Digital and web experience is an asset
  • Graphic design experience is an asset
  • Strong deck structure and design skills are an asset
  • Ability to synthesize information effectively
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Flexible with change and able to manage multiple deadlines under pressure
  • Familiar with Slack, Salesforce, Google Suite, Adobe is a plus
  • Bilingual French-English – perfectly spoken and written

 

Full-time permanent position, start date as soon as possible. 

Remote work because of the pandemic. 

Location: Montreal preferred, but will consider remote candidates in Canada.
