You will be considered as a pillar within the Digital Marketing Team. This client-facing role will drive the  various content and marketing strategies for our clients and their projects and serve as the workstream lead across a multiplatform team. In doing so, you will oversee the creation of marketing campaigns and cross-platform content, as well as collaborate with the digital content and marketing team. You will be recognized  as a content marketing leader within the organization and with clients. You will evolve within a cross-functional team that combines various strategic and operational players, including content creators, designers, UXD, technology, account and project management. 




  • A digital marketing chameleon with the ability to drive creative ideation to, strategy planning for all digital content and social media platforms for client programs and projects

  • Develop content strategies (editorial line, pillars, tone) and channel strategies (ecosystem, choice of platform and their role, KPIs) based on client and program objectives
  • Plan content strategy and deployment (calendar, budget, schedule, tool, assignment, required resources)
  • Manage assignments and content deliverables related to the project
  • Act as a springboard for digital content creation and provide guidance early on regarding how it will be expressed on different platforms
  • Make sure that the delivery criteria and how they are measured are established, and oversee strategy optimization (both at a high level as well as in their execution).
  • Strategy management 
  • Define success metrics with the client and project team
  • Work collaboratively with the project team and lead project manager on overall E2E program delivery
  • Oversee the creation content performance reports




  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing or a related field;
  • 8+ years’ experience in an agency, newsroom or other marketing and media environment; 
  • Ability to develop, implement and maintain an efficient workflow;
  • Experience in media planning or buying is an asset
  • Very attuned to and up to date with new trends in various areas (advertising, marketing, content, digital, etc.)
  • Good at managing complex multi-platform project with multiple deadlines
  • Bilingual French and English – excellent command of the English language is a must 


Full-time permanent position, start date as soon as possible. 

Remote work because of the pandemic. 

Location: Montreal preferred, but will consider remote candidates in Canada.
