The Movin’On Summit 2018 was a dynamic mix of speakers, collaborative experiences, braindating, working sessions, technology showcases, product testing and launches, networking opportunities and more. It was designed to have participants explore sustainable mobility in a stimulating setting while collaborating in atypical ways.

It’s an exclusive, boundary-breaking summit for select C-suite executives and market influencers to connect, converse and collaborate in inspiring environments designed to turn innovative thinking into meaningful action.
The Future and You
Every year, business leaders from the real estate industry convene in order to explore its transformation. In 2018, the Real Estate Roundtable’s theme was “The Future and You.” C2 designed the participant journey to inspire and generate meaningful connections. Creative workshops took place in unique environments that set the table for deep conversation. The agenda was filled with experiential brainstorming, workshops, meditation sessions, goat yoga and more. Artistic and musical performances also punctuated the event.
Google Canada and C2 worked together to deliver the launch event for Go North in Toronto at the Evergreen BrickWorks. The initiative brought the startup community together to take action and “Build the North.” C2 provided end-to-end conceptualization, design and production, as well as a wide range of services including strategy, environmental and experiential design, program creation, participant services and operations.
Taking place in Zurich, Milan, Rotterdam, Copenhagen and Brussels, these seven events featured curated content designed to help participants better assess a changing world, embrace disruption and identify future opportunities. Themes included the Internet of Things, disruptive technologies and business models, cultural transformation, productivity in a globalized world and generational behaviour.
GENNEX is a unique immersive and interactive conference designed to help leaders catalyze innovation to transform their business and win in a digital world. For two days, a diverse group of corporate executives, experts and market influencers engage in small group discussions, collaborate with peers and solve shared challenges.
To highlight Dubai’s Happiness Journey, the C2 team developed and delivered five collaborative experiences anchored in what we call “meaningful play,” a principle that dictates every experience needs both a purpose and playful elements. Experiences built according to our philosophy of meaningful play help participants explore new ways of thinking and reconnect with their inner creativity.
Next: G7 Summit
In 2018, Canada hosted and organized the G7 Summit bringing together leaders from seven of the world’s advanced economies as well as approximately 2,000 journalists from around the world. C2 designed the expansive, multifaceted media centre, created to host attending journalists in an interesting, yet focused and productive environment while harnessing the opportunity to showcase Canada’s excellence in innovation, tourism and gastronomy.
